銀行職員為討好女友及籌備結婚，竟私吞客戶入賬錢達126萬。他原先是想「欲憑賭博籌得老婆本」，卻失敗。

這個真是又壞又笨的好例子，莫非他認為銀行會對他的行為毫不知情？這樣簡單的盜竊，三十年前已經知道不可用了。不過，就是如此簡單的方法，也要四個月後才發現，他早已犯了59次的案呢，而且是客戶先發現。如果每一個人都如我，大意得不記得自己入了多少錢，他很可能會成功。

蘋果報導他「月入僅12,000元」，萬二都不算少呀﹗﹗為何用一個「僅」字呢。報館內有 多少人多過這個數呢。

我寫了近四百字的日記，竟然無論先兆的失蹤。

所以不打算再寫今天要爆鎖，要換鎖以及執書桌。

杯莫停

看亦舒的陳年散文看到「杯莫停白蘭地」一句，google一下發現以下資料：

過了二十歲的人，原來真的會忘記自己今年幾歲。(可能只是我吧) 剛剛看到別人寫日記說自己24歲，我便以為自己都有24。每一次我都要用今年的年份減1984我才知道。唉。

午睡的夢通常比較古怪，因為夢境總與聽到的電影電台聲音有關，而又完全超出常理。不過夢總是奇怪的，也沒有什麼好比較。

Joint AO/EO Examination

事情過了太久，再不寫， 就永遠都不寫，直至忘記。

考試的要求如下：用英文寫出一篇表明立場的draft paper(到底dratf paper的形式是如何我實在不知道)，數個與政黨會面時需要的會談要點，兩個能發揮和政黨所建議一樣功能的方案；再用中文寫出發言稿一篇以及兩個有機會被問問題的回應。

限時是三小時。我真有興趣看看合格者的答案。

我想我下一年應該會再參加的吧。如果不用再考CRE-若要的話我應該不會合格。

時差

回來已有六天 ，但時差仍未恢復，每天約在七時起來(有一天更是四時！)，然後在九時多便覺得非常眼訓。這其實不是一個好的生理時間嗎。

譯名

Cate Blanchett 點解會俾人譯做卡塔布蘭切???是以國語音譯嗎？不知所謂，叫姬白蘭雪咪好地地。(好像是黃偉文的譯音)

香港的英文名字譯音其實一向有水準，準靚短，好似畢彼特，就好過台灣譯的布萊特彼德，又長又難寫。回歸以後，是否因為要跟國內的新聞劃一，所以要以國內音譯為準？

譯名是要有文學修養的吧，你看邁克及亦舒等的譯名，都比報紙新聞的譯得好。你知道有位女星叫夏綠蒂藍萍嗎，多美麗的名字。

回來

已經從加拿大回來。最後一日的旅程是到溫哥華，一個美麗的大城市。以旅行的角度，是它比clagary好一點吧，因為我只用了一天便行了多個旅遊點，這樣短的時間，當然只看到好的一面。

星期六一早起身趕到機場，原來溫哥華是非常大霧的，早上八時的能見度仍是低於十米。飛機起飛後向地面看，看見整個Edmonton及機場區都在一大舊雲之中，可謂奇景。

回到香港，已是星期日晚上7時。奇怪的時差。

剛剛在聽黃耀明的「阿姆斯特丹」，有一些背景音樂總像在我身後發出，不知道如何做到。用手機聽的時候沒有這個感覺。

為什麼要在我身後發出呢？是模仿駕駛時汽車音響的效果吧？仰或只是我的電腦speaker出錯呢？

Day 5+6

Day 5 was a trip to Edmonton, a town that near Calgary, the cheif twon of Alberta. I say "near" but it's a 3 hours trip on the high way, my bf have to drove at 130-140 kmh so that we can reach the big big West Edmonton Mall. As its solgan said "the biggest indoor shopping mall on earth", I do believe it is. There is a amusement park, a swimming park with artifical sea wave and a mini theater for the sea lion in the mall, puls of course hundreds of shops inside.



We brought a sand bottle from "Sand man" (that is the name on the name card!). Originally we only want a bottle that have our names on it with no pictures on the back, as it would out of our buget. But the artist finally gave us a very beautiful bottle with a sand picture on the back and our names. He siad it is the art that we should pay attention to and he do that to show his art. We pay him the original price we agree on: only with the names. What a nice man he is!! I recommend everyone to buy a sand bottle from him, to keep his art alife. (And please pay him what he should deserve.)

My bf was so tired on the way back. He had a cup of coffee and still feel slepy and so he slept in the car for a while at Red Deer, a town in the middle of Edmonton and Calgary. We finally arrived Calgary at 10:30. There was not much restature still working so we had dinner at the Mc Donal. There were only 4 staff in the whole shop but serving quite a lot of people. While we were having the food, one of the staff there suddently became very angry about another staff and he shouted, "I QUITE!" at the manager. The manager tried to presude him not to leave for a while. I do not know the final result, as we had finished the meal and have to leave. People said it is very hard to hire people to work in Calgary now, as there are too many jobs to choose: Calgary's economy has been boosting over the past 1 to 2 years, as there are oil near them.

The next day was also a trip in town. As the finally day in Calgary, we had dinner with bf's old friend at a chinese restauture and had tea with another friend at "Sky".

Day4

Since day 3 is such an exciting day, we got very tired afterwards. My bf had to drink coffee on the way back to keep him awake. We slept for soooooooo long: we get up at 2:00pm on the other day!!


After a meal in a hong kong style restuature, we went to see those famous big chain stores, Wal * Mart, Home Depo, Canadian Tires and IKEA. They were all VERY big and clean. We also visit bf's ex-employer John and chatted for a while.





Had dinner in a very nice restauture, Joye Tomato's. I thought there were only tomatos dishes but it turned out with many other choices :P We had a bule chees fries for attipezer (?), a steak for him and a lobster ravioli for me. I like the source of my dish very much and his steak was good too. the spagetti in his dish wasn't so tasety though.

Day 2 + Day 3

Life is like that, you cannot really do something you want to. I cannot login in yesterday so I had to write day2 and day 3 together.

Day 2 was basically a trip in town. We went to Racecity see Anthony race on snow, I got a chance to sit in a trip with anthony's friend. It was very exciting, the speed was about 30-50 km/h but the feeling was !!!!!!! Then we went to the Chinook Mall to have lunch. Then the China town, "New Asia" mall and the down town. Had tea with bf's old friend in the China town, a place called "B boy dessert"<--Just like in Yuen Long. Some places was so beatiful and yet I cannot rememeber their names! Had dinner in a Italian restaurant. We planned to go to the casino t ohave a look and yet the guy in the front door said I have to show the passport!! So went back to home and rest.

DAy 3 was exciting. We went to Banff!! It was a national park and the Rocky Monutains are located here. I saw real heavy snowing!!!! And Lake Lousie. it was sooooooooooooo beautiful!!!!!

And I brought a TY Pooky in Banff, hahah

Day 1

So I have arrvived Calgary, after 2 hours + 10 hours + 1.5 hours being on the plant and about 6 hours of waiting in the YVR airport. I cannot slept on the plane casue the oone sitting next to me keep call me not to sleep and play with him >_< But I did not have much time-lag, and I can now sleep and wake up at the correct time here.
Had shushi(?) for dinner tonight with Jacky's old friends. Perhaps I am more healthy here coz I slept at about 10 pm and wake up at 6:00 am!!!

The sence on plant were wonderful and yet I cannot take pic when landing so......

good start and I wait to see what happens today.

亦舒新小說：愛倩慢慢殺死你

買了最新的亦舒小說，而且經已看完。原本我也只是想打書釘把整本書看完，但昨天只看了數十頁便差點兒哭出來，一邊看下去亦一邊覺得需要購買：要不斷的提醒自己呀！

內容寫家庭暴力，而最主要的是寫女性受她所愛的男士所虐。當然也有亦舒一貫的中心思想：女性必須經濟獨立，不要依賴男性在經濟上的支持，才會真正有幸福。這小說，似乎比真實更真實。今天其中一新聞便是：瑪麗見習醫生打女友或釘牌。

亦舒萬歲。

明天會到加拿大旅行，為期一星期，希望可以每天都寫下沿途的點滴。

選

即將開學的最後一個學期，我只需要讀四科，其中三科都是三個小時的純Lecture(冇tutorial!)，故我只需上兩天的學。除了希望找到Part time外，亦希望可以免費地學一種外語，例如西班牙文。

青瓜三文治

看The importance of being earnest (定Ernest?)的時候，看到這一味「青瓜三文治」，當時被認為是「好豪」的下午茶。到現在我仍不知道，只不過是青瓜三文治，可以有幾豪？ 恐怕是有英式下午茶的某種特質吧，每次看見那些英國交換生﹐都沒有問過這個問題。

世上好人總比壞人多．願2007是好年

其實寫的是已經是上年冬至(十二月二十二)的事。

當日一家到小欖燒烤樂園慶祝，回程時我把銀包遺在小巴。
我知道的時候，那一輛小巴已經離開。我從小巴站上的行程表知道，我乘坐小巴的車牌號碼是772。然後我詣問每一個開同一行程的小巴司機，想知道他們可不可以聯絡該772司機。原來772是特別加班車，平時的司機不會有他的聯絡方法。這個資料，是其中一個等待的乘客告訴我的，她知道我遺失銀包，所以致電她同樣開這一行程的父親。
卒之給我問到一個認識772司機的司機，他答應我會致電772司機，替我留意是否會找到。他亦告訴我，車應該會在一小後會回來。

我在車站等了一個小時，772終於回來。我在車上找到我放在手袋的潤唇膏及潤手霜，可是沒有我的銀包。
原來司機一早已找到，他說是一位乘客找到交給他的。我看一看，銀包中的所有卡片都在，亦沒有遣失任何金錢。

所有人都說我這次真的「好好彩」。一程車到屯門，一程車回青衣，所有人都認為應該已經被人拾了回去，在車站等都冇用。
當然，好彩是一個因素。我寧願相信因為香港好人多，路不拾遣。乘客及司機都是好人。那個為我聯絡772司機的司機是好人，那個等待中的乘客是好人，所有因為我上小巴找銀包而遲了上車的乘客都是好人。甚至連小巴的管理公司我也感激，沒有他們我不會知道該小巴是772。 (還有母親及男朋友我也感激。)

遇上好人不難。

寫的已經是五日前的事，並不因為網路塞車，只因為人懶。其實除第一日比較慢以外，這幾天好像已經回復原狀。可能因為我只不過上網作消遣。

圖中是四個人同坐一部家庭車，只應該載三個成人，或兩個大人及兩個小朋友，而我及子薇竟然可以擠入一個籃。其實在車上的人只有我一個是完全不能懂得踏單車的，真的多謝他們配合。

結果我早走﹐沒有燒烤。不知道結果如何。

選委會結果

昨天選委會結果「爆冷」，有很多值得留意的地方，亦與要交的論文有關，先在此寫下一點感想。

1)?這是民主政黨與civil groups合作的一個非常好的例子！的確，兩者合作的話是會成功帶來民主化過程的一大進步。

2)?這次的合作跟以往的有所不同，因為這是在現存的政治?制度中發揮力量。以往的例子，都是政黨與civil groups合作，叫更多的人「上街」，去遊行，用制度以外的力量影響當局，甚至可以說，是以影響香港的?定作為籌碼，好樣他們有更多的bargaining power。這一次，正正是用選委會的制度來爭取成功。

4)Civic Party與civil groups合作，是相當「食字」的。

5) 這次投票率仍然?低，是因為大部份選民仍然覺得這個選舉制度不合理，或是與political culture 有關？我不知道。而連公民黨亦低估選民，事前對結果不抱大期望，這亦和Political culture有關吧，大部份人仍然認為香港人是political inactive 的。或許是真的。

6) 這次民主派成功，是和投票的方法有很大關係吧，因為一張選票可以投多個候選人，於是一些資歷較淺的候選人也可以當選。因為這個方法對政黨所要求的動員能力較低，否則，如果是一人投一票支持一位候選人的話，很可能會出現如立法會選舉一樣的情況：因為民主派亂叫「選情告急」，令支持民主的選民把票投給熱門，令冷門的民主派候選人落敗。最初我也很疑惑，公民黨如何能動員，令在法律界的20位候選人全部當選，他們似乎還未有這樣的能力。原來是和制度有關。

7) 相信最多人問的，是這次選舉有多大的影響力呢？現在民主派應當可以有百多票，梁家傑應該可以參與特首選舉了(當然，民主派現在對外仍有保留。這是可喜的，可謂「勝不驕」。I thought this can mean a more sophiscated political manner.)

但到底這次參選，有什麼影響力呢？相信大部份人和我一樣，認為即使梁家傑能參選，都不會勝出，最多只是能結束「自動當選」的局面。現在民主派對外所說的評論，是希望有多個人參選，會令特首參選人對政網有更多的討論及會做得更好。

我認為這是相當保守的估計以及是Understatement。這次的投票結果，不應只用來看作是選民希望結束自動當選，其實更重要的，是希望加快民主進程。當然，抱有這樣希望的人，可能只限於那一百多個選委，但我認為曾特首很可能也會增加強對民主進程的討論。我只希望他會提出一些比上次政改好得多的建議。其實連我也未敢相信2012會有雙普選，但立法會全面普選是可以的吧？

8)我想，因為有意參選的是梁家傑，所以支持會更多吧，他暫時是「乾淨」的，沒有太大的政績，但亦沒有過失。不似民主黨內的人，由於參政已有長時間，會有不同的人認為他們曾經犯錯而不獲支持。

9) 長毛在選舉當日曾要求梁家傑不要參選，因為整個制度是不合理的。這可以代表民主政黨的內部分歧，或是政黨與civil group的分歧？ 他的反對，我認為是屬於「講下就算」一類，而非真的希望梁家傑不要參選。我認為長毛是有必要這樣做的，一方面這代表著他的一貫政治理念，另一方面其實他的意見，相信也是部份支持民主的人的心聲吧：既認為這個選舉不合理，但又覺得「不入虎穴，焉得虎子」，這是一個兩難局面。長毛做了，其實不應看作只是長毛個人的決定，而是整個民主政黨的決定，代表著他們也明白這個兩難。但只有長毛才適合做這個角色吧。

10)蘋果日報說「若論資排輩，關信基在學術界地位明顯較鄭宇碩德高望重」，哼，我只知道我鐘意佢law。
