1.每天晚上十時睡覺，早上八時正起身

2.上堂之前睇晒要讀的Reading，仲要印當日的notes出黎。

3.Take detail notes in the letures.

4.真係睇晒bililography寫出黎的所有文章。

5.肚餓的時候唔好揀飲擇食。
